2020 - 2023 Nationwide Top 100 Verdicts Best of the Bar
Since 2020 The Agemian Law Group of Vinny Agemian has been named Best of the Bar Top 100 Verdicts. In 2020 they fought for and won a $9 Million verdict against the City of Los Angeles. At the closure of the trial, and before the judge sent the jury out to deliberate, the City arrogantly offered to settle the case for a mere $50,000.00. Our client upon our advice and counsel, rejected the offer. The verdict has been noted as the third highest jury award in Los Angeles in 2020. With this landmark winning, amongst many others, Vinny Agemian and his firm have been recognized as one of the Best of the Bar™ in 2020. Nominations for membership in Best of the Bar™ are currently only extended to those attorneys without any public disciplinary history who have won the Top 100 Verdicts or Top 100 Settlements each year in each of the 50 states and nationwide. Vinny Agemian has been recognized by Lawyers of Distinction as a Distinguished Personal Injury Lawyer.
Lawyers of Distinction Members have been selected based upon a review and vetting process by our Selection Committee utilizing U.S. Provisional Patent # 62/743,254. The platform generates a numerical score of 1 to 5 for each of the 12 enumerated factors which are meant to recognize the applicant’s achievements and peer recognition. All applicants must be licensed to practice law. Members are then subject to a final review for ethical violations within the past ten years before confirmation of Membership. A Lawyers of Distinction Nomination does not guarantee membership and attorneys may not pay a fee to be nominated. Attorneys may nominate to Lawyers of Distinction their peers whom they feel warrant consideration. The determination of whether an attorney qualifies for Membership is based upon the aforementioned proprietary analysis discussed above.
